 Returns

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from GO-POD UK, we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. 

If you wish to return an item for exchange due to purchasing the wrong product size, please do this within 30 days of receiving your order, UNLESS its due a manufacturing fault, as highlighted further down. Items should be returned to us in exactly the same condition as received by yourself, this includes all product packaging. If your order is returned back to us in a condition that is unsuitable for re-sale, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange and we will contact you to make further arrangements.

Customers returning their products, should arrange their own return courier.

Due to increasing temperatures in the UK we can no longer guarantee the fabrics performance if left on in temperatures exceeding 25 degrees Celsius. The ambient air temperature is not reflected in the cover temperature as these will be significantly higher if left in direct sunlight and can be almost double that of the air temperature.

Therefore please note covers should be removed to prevent damage to the cover fabric which will reduce the covers life span if the temperatures are above 25 degrees Celsius. If a cover has been left out in extreme temperatures it will not be covered under its warranty and can be tested to confirm heat damage has occurred.

The Manufacturers Warranty includes faults that can occur due to a manufacturing error.       Examples include: faulty buckles/straps, faults with seams (causing the cover to leak), access points being in the wrong location.

Once in receipt of their GO-POD product, any manufacturing fault must be reported to GO-POD Covers UK WITHIN A YEAR and where the product is deemed to be a genuine manufacturing fault, we would offer a like for like product replacement. If a manufacturing fault is reported AFTER A YEAR, then a cover would NOT be covered by the above.

Fabric Guarantees cover:

  • Failed performance of fabric (such as water leaking through the fabric due to a fabric fault)

Fabric Guarantees DO NOT cover

  • Weather damage
  • Stone chippings
  • Sharp objects protruding through the fabric (such as bike racks/aerials)
  • Animal/rodent scratches or bites
  • Wear and tear
  • Or any 3rd party damage

 

Exchanging Your Order

Please post back to the return address below, a short message stating your exchange request, should be included. Please note – we can only exchange an item once, for the same product in a different size, providing that the stock is available. If the stock isn’t available, we will refund you for the returned item(s).

A larger size carries a higher purchase price – (TOURER), so do check if there is more to pay - or less! You can send us an email to arrange the additional payment or refund.

Exchanges are sent back out to customers free of charge in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for orders outside of the UK due to the postage costs, please contact us via email if you would like to discuss this with us further.

All exchanges are usually dealt with within 7 working days.

Returning Your Order for a Refund

Please post back to the return address below, a short message stating why it is being returned should be put inside the parcel. After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, we will refund the entire sales price excluding the delivery charges, all within 7 working days of receipt.
